TriFli compact mini trimaran. An 80s classic and quite rare . 3 pieces makes it easy to assemble (40minutes with 1 person) and pack away for storage. Comes with frame to carry on roof racks or on top of 6x4 or 7x4 trailer. ideal for fast sailing in light winds with one person or 2 people in heavier winds. Capable on calm water and in small surf. Long centre hull and 2 easily fitted drop n pop outriggers. Includes all rigging and 1 sail (Produced by J &J Marine the Heron builders at one stage in Australia from 1983) a craft with the combined features of “a planing dinghy and windsurfer”. Equipment includes: HUGE 2 piece mast gives lots of power and performance, good condition mainsail (with windows in it and tell tales), aluminium wishbone boom ( Like a wind surfer but rope controlled with pulleys ), retractable high profile swing fibreglass white centreboard, matching high profile swing up rudder with tiller and extension and black wing nets with hiking straps (stichting will need replacing on the wing nets in the near future). Could easily fit a storage hatch for things, drinks, food etc for overnite adventures, Sails furious in 15->20 knots with 1 or 2, but can take up to 4 . These are very popular and rare portable trimarans being a quality alternative to the Weta trimaran. Very few seen these days. Cosmetically it could do with a touch up and a few minor cracks will need attention, however the hull is watertight and goes like a cut snake.
